Poor Manufacturing & Ended up Costing Me More Money Here’s the deal. 1st I bought one, had it installed, then they left. Went through the setup procedures myself & during that time, the machine started to leak from the back. Since I was 1 day away from opening our new restaurant, I had replacement ordered. The guy who installed was not able to do another call for me that quick. The 2nd one showed up on day of opening. I got it installed on Saturday (1 day after it arrived). This one ended up leaking as well. The tech began to look at everything on both machines and noticed the valve where the hot water goes was not even screwed tightly. Instead it was just barely on both machines. He said it should have been more secure than that, but not all the way tight. With the installs & weekend tech cost, I paid over $300. NOT HAPPY camper. So I am returning the newly shipped replacement & keeping the original since obviously the PRIDEFUL (initials on the sticker in the machine) workers did a POOR JOB. ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO BUNN -…
