Consistently good espresso –I posted a video if you would like to see the machine in action–This espresso machine has a must-have stainless steel boiler and 15-bar professional pump pressure. While it has some shortcomings, it consistently makes good espresso, and that is the most important thing (for me). Make sure to use a fine enough grind and tamp as evenly as possible. I cannot get an even, fine grind with my basic blade grinder and I don’t like using my burr grinder as it’s such a pain to clean, so on a whim I tried grinding in my Nutribullet with the blade meant for grinding grains/seeds and it yielded a perfect fine, even grind so I will use that for this machine from now on.The steam/froth wand is the best I’ve used; they placed it in a good position and it froths/steams very quickly. Most Bang for Your Buck for Casual Coffee Drinking If you are looking for a restaurant quality espresso machine for a seasoned barista you’re looking in the wrong place and will need to spend a lot more money. This machine is perfect for casual coffee drinking.I was a little hesitant after reading some of the lower rating reviews, however after much research on multiple websites I decided this one had the most positive reviews for a home espresso machine in this price range.The filter holder is a little tough to put on if you put too much ground coffee in, just make sure to use the spoon or tamper to press the grounds down tightly.It does not have auto shut off, you will need to turn it off when its brewed the amount you’d like.It vibrates while the espresso is pouring so you will need to hold the cup.It fits only espresso/cappuccino sized cups, which seemed to be a problem for some customers but made perfect sense to me (I am able to fit my favorite tea cups that are more wide than tall).I…
